So I haven't listened to the whole album closely all the way yet--only quickly checking out tracks until a more convenient time,BUT I've already listened to track 6 " Nosferatu is back in town" maybe 3 or 4 times in like a 15 minute timeframe. The track has an incredible melodic sound that pairs well with the singer's vocal style.
As much as I love Oi/OiCore with the breakneck guitars, bass ,drums, and pissed off growling vocals--- I also really love melodic stuff that you wouldn't be expecting. Sultans are a really good band and track 6 is unique, melodic track meant to be sung along to..
I JUST GOTTA SAY TRACK 6 " NOSFERATU IS BACK IN TOWN" HAD BECOME ONE OF MY FAVORITE SOMGS IN ANY OF MY MUSICAL COLLECTIONS----REAL DEAL VINYL OR DIGITAL!!!!!
The Sultans are a band that have a melodic and pensive nature and I dont always want the soundtrack of my life to be populated by only by primal - guttaral Oi that is my " walk ro the ring befote the fight" themes--- there are times when bands like The Sultans and songs like track 6 are my lifeline to sanity because they resonate with me on a different level --- evoking that feeling that music ( well crafted music) should evoke
Favorite track: The SULTANS "Nosferatu is back in town".
